Policy
Out of Stock Items Here at BugsandBuggies.com, we try our best to
keep all the items we sell online in stock so that we can ship them to
you the next business day after we receive your order. Sometimes,
of course we may accidentally run out, and when this happens we will
promptly email you letting you know which items are temporarily out of
stock. This gives you, the customer, the choice of: a) having us hold the
order until all parts are available; b) shipping that portion of your order
that is ready and ship the missing parts as soon as the possible; c) modifying
the order as you choose.
Domestic (U.S.) Shipping Unless you specify otherwise, we will ship your domestic (U.S.) order, and any order which qualifies for free shipping by the most economical method of our choice (Fed Ex or UPS Ground, Smart Post, or USPS). If you need to or prefer to pay for shipping you may choose Ground, 3rd-day, 2nd-day or Next-Day air, whichever you prefer. Shipping by other methods are available upon request. Some oversize items may need to be shipped by truck freight. The customer will be contacted for approval of extra shipping charges, if applicable. International Shipping For International orders, unfortunately our computer system does not verify the address and identity of the card holder. You may pay for international orders by Verified Paypal or if you prefer to pay with a credit card, we require the following information before shipment:
1) Front of credit card.
2) Proof of identification, such as driver's license, passport, etc. (must
include photo)
3) Credit card billing address, if it was not included in your order.
4) A legible signature.

We apologize for any difficulties this may cause. We hope the automatic
verification of international credit card information becomes available in
the near future, since the need for the above documentation inconveniences
both our customers and our business. It is however, a necessary precaution
for both customer and merchant.
Return Policy Periodically something will go wrong with a shipment and you
may wish to return an item. We will do everything reasonable to satisfy you; please contact us to via email or phone to discuss the circumstances before returning any parts. Our customer service department will issue a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER, which
MUST accompany any return. A copy of the original invoice must accompany
all returned items. No returns accepted after 30 days from the invoice
date or on special-order merchandise and electrical parts.
Restocking Fees While we don't normally charge a restocking fee, we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking charge under any of the following circumstances:1) Special Order Parts: If an order includes parts which we do not normally sell or which have been custom-made we may at our discretion charge a restocking fee.
2) Returns more than 30 days after invoice date: Please check your order thoroughly upon receipt and contact us immediately with any problems. 3) Unauthorized returns: Please contact us for a Return Authorization number. Returns received without an R.A. or with an incorrect R.A. may be charged a restocking charge.
Shipping Fees on Returns If an order was shipped with free shipping, and the order is then returned, we reserve the right to charge the customer for the original shipping. Return shipping charges from the customer to us will only be credited in circumstances of warranty or incorrect shipment.
Damaged Shipments Damaged Merchandise: Should any package appear to be damaged at
the time of delivery, a claim for damage must be promptly made with the
responsible freight carrier.
